| Intercultural training is a growing discipline with wide recognition but relatively little formal coherence as a profession; it is still seen as desirable but not always necessary, however spirited the argument of the management 'gurus' or HR departments. |
|
The icpw workshops
were and are designed for people who have the commitment and interest
to work with the corporate sector, international organisations and government.
They are centered on the nature of intercultural competence and development
of skills within an environment of learning with peers
|
| They are designed as
a robust learning platform, a basis for further professional development, a benchmarking
exercise as well as an enjoyable learning experience. Not least, the workshops
are an ideal forum to network with like minded individuals. Most importantly it
is our hope they will enable you (and us) to further develop your careers along
side fellow professionals, there's no learning like learning with your colleagues! |
| This year 2005, we launched icpw Master Classes held in London, led by George Renwick, an internationally recognised leading practitioner who has a well established practise and academic position, which was well attended and proved to be a great success. |
