international teams to develop and leverage competence and effective working practices
where working with divergent cultures |
| Peter
has extensive experience in working with multi-nationals, major commercial and
industrial companies, government organisations and SMEs at both strategic and
operational levels particularly where across borders |
| Much
of his work involves designating and delivering training and facilitated workshops
to develop international teams; facilitating and building leadership, assessing
and working with organisational cultural differences, leveraging diversity and
facilitating dispute resolution |
| Peter's
innovative approach to training, facilitation and consultancy, particularly where
front line management encounter discord, takes him to many companies in Europe,
Asia and the USA |

USA and Switzerland, Peter speaks English, French and German, dividing his time
