WORKSHOP METHODOLOGY |

|
These workshops were designed by fellow professionals with substantial experience in training delivery, learning styles and workshop design. They are very much 'hands on' with a strong commitment to diverse, interactive learning styles, using a number of teaching methodologies. These included short lectures, partner and small group activities, video and written case studies, role plays, simulations, problem-solving exercises, etc. Written support material was provided. |

| PARTICIPANT PREREQUISITES | |||||||
| There
was some voluntary pre-workshop reading and or preparatory work. Workshop A3 wais designed for experienced practitioners and was not suitable for newcomers, who had just completed the first two workshops to attend. Participants on A3 required at least three years experience as an intercultural practitioner prior to the workshop and familiarity with key concepts of intercultural theory. |
